How have I not blogged about Hermes scarves yet?  The Hermes scarf is one of the most identifiable items that they sell and one of the most beautiful.  They are timeless and can be worn in any decade and for decades afterward.

This idea is from the Hermes tying guide and can be done with a Hermes replica scarf.  Hair accessories like headbands, hair tinsel, and feathers tied in hair are all the rage right now, so why not be really unique and try a scarf?  To tie a scarf in your hair, start by folding the scarf so it is in a long piece.  Then, tie the scarf around your head like a head band and tie it around a ponytail.  If need be, you can tie a ponytail holder around your hair and the scarf.  Then, just simply braid in the scarf.  This works best with long hair, but can be done with any length of hair.

To complete the look, wear a plain top and pair of jeans for a casual look.  For a bohemian look, pair it with a long maxi dress in a color similar to the scarf.
